      <image:title>About - Biography</image:title>
<image:caption>David Huynh (Stanford B.S., M.S.) is an executive coach, writer, podcaster, and keynote speaker focusing on people dynamics. He has a calm and collected demeanor, even through difficult conversations. As an empathic listener, he caters to each client’s issues, first conceptually and then solidifying actionable plans. David wakes up every day to continue learning and to help others by sharing his knowledge. Previously, he led category management at Shopee Philippines, where he produced the highest sales growth results each year during his tenure, which hinged on leveraging people dynamics to develop a positive culture focused on learning. Before Shopee, David was a consultant focusing on private equity due diligence for Kurt Salmon, acquired by Accenture. While at Stanford, David taught public speaking to MBAs, PhDs, Masters, and Undergraduate students. After college, he has furthered his education by continuing to read literature on management and psychology.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Approach - Approach</image:title>
<image:caption>At Morale Mindset, our approach to coaching executives and improving teams follows our values of having a morale mindset, being solution-oriented, and driving towards continuous improvement. With a morale mindset, the first step is always to understand and learn the context around your people problems. After understanding, we can begin to share our thoughts based on a combination of management experience and psychology studies, which serve as a starting point, but not the final destination. Upon settling on a few tactical solutions, the next step is to test them. We know that each situation may require a slightly different approach. Therefore, after testing the tactical solutions, we revisit what we have learned and start the process over so that we can continuously improve.</image:caption>

<image:title>Feedback - “David was a fantastic trainer for our middle management team. Even though they each only had a few years of leadership experience, the team felt that they gained new insights on ways to identify the type of team member they had and identify the right way to guide, motivate, and challenge each individual. He facilitated a concise workshop packed with actionable next steps and thought provoking questions to help our team leads get started on managing their team members better. All of the frameworks and insights that David shared are grounded on real experiences and events, which makes it easy to understand and apply to each individual's situations. We're looking forward to our next session with him!”</image:title>
